It’s actually quite simple. Agencies pay a fee to access Mirren Talent's library of new business executive profiles.
1. Agency Subscribers Access Mirren Talent’s Library of Profiles
Through this access, agencies are able to use criteria (specific to the role of new business) to review profiles. Within their search results, they can then select an individual profile and read more detail. Profiles include a little more information about the background of each individual (i.e., what you may have entered on your background).
2. Your Identity is Not Revealed
Your name, location, and current employer is never revealed. In fact, with much of your information, you can select which is viewable and which is not.
3. Agencies Then Contact New Business Executives
When agencies view a new business executive profile they like, they then email that person (using the email provided in their profile). We recommend using a personal email address and even one that doesn’t use your name or your employer's name.
Your Name, Location and Current Employer Are Never Revealed
First, it’s important to note that typically only a handful of agency subscribers are viewing our profile library of more than 600 new business executives at any given time. Our platform is more exclusive and not in use by the entire universe of 66,000+ agencies in the U.S. and Canada.
Second, they understand that most new people in the profile library are not actively looking for a new position. You’ll never be perceived to be looking for a new role. For the most part, no one is. Think of Mirren Talent as LinkedIn, but on steroids, focused just on new business.
Third, we keep your key information private. Your name, location and current employer are never revealed. In fact, with much of your information, you can select which is viewable and which is not.
Note that if an agency would like to make contact with you, they will use the email in your profile. We recommend using a personal email address that doesn't use your name or your employer's name.
